In cooperation with our digitization consultant Dr. Martin Allmendinger (OMM Solutions), we support companies in overcoming the challenges and identifying the opportunities of digital transformation. Our goal is to sustainably increase the innovative force of SMEs companies and organizations and thus, strengthen their competitiveness.

Who is OMM Solutions?

OMM is an independent innovation facilitator and technology developer in Stuttgart, Germany. Since its founding in 2012, OMM Solutions has completed over 250 projects with companies and consortia of companies ranging from 100 to 20,000 employees in over 15 industries.

1. CODE_n Incubator Program

CODE_n’s modular system makes it possible to build specific incubator programs for your company – based on individual needs – and to support you in the implementation and execution.

We do not claim to be able to do everything ourselves but benefit from the cooperation with our startups and the expertise of our large network. Together with them, we can clearly define structures and contents that are crucial for the success of a company.

2. Spin-Off-Tracks

Spin-offs can make a major contribution to increasing the innovative strength of a company and at the same time provide a perspective for innovative employees. However, spin-off tracks are complex and must be individually adapted to the existing corporate structure and strategy. Based on a proven concept as a framework, we support companies in the development and integration of a functional and well-fitting spin-off process.

3. Problem-Solving

Problems are there to be solved. You set a challenge – together we use the knowledge of our community to develop innovative solutions in an Open Innovation Sprint.

After the Problem-Solving-Night, CODE_n analyzes together with you which steps are feasible and promising to help you structure and implement them.

4. Digitalization

Together with you and selected experts, we analyze your company’s existing business model and identify new potential in the area of digitization. But that is not yet it… The focus of CODE_n is the realization and implementation of the identified opportunities and thus the important next step is the implementation and support.
