Help shape CODE_n as a platform for innovation and entrepreneurship!
Immerse yourself in the world of CODE_n, the innovation platform and network centered around entrepreneurship Ulrich Dietz.
You'll work closely with the executive team and the core team, taking responsibility for what makes CODE_n visible: events, partnership, and growth.
Events & Operations
• Planning, coordinating, and executing events at the CODE_n Campus
• Ensuring everything runs smoothly before, during, and after events
• Responsibility for quality, guest experience, and execution
• Further developing existing formats and creating new event concepts
Growth & Commercial
• Supporting the expansion of partnerships and event revenue
• Organizing and maintaining contacts and leads (e.g., in HubSpot)
• Developing pragmatic measures to increase capacity utilization and demand
• Working closely with management and sales
Marketing & Communications
• Maintaining and further developing the website
• Creating newsletters and targeted email campaigns
• Supporting communications related to events and partners (especially on LinkedIn)
