Catering

  • Billed according to the number of people booked
  • We quote food and catering individually. Describe your requirements in the request form.

Terms

  • All amounts are net prices plus 19 % VAT.
  • Minimum booking 3 hours. Individual terms apply to move_n.
  • Core hours 9:00 to 17:00. Outside these hours: €60 per hour or part thereof.
  • Saturday and Sunday: €450 surcharge per day.
  • From 30 people, a cleaning fee applies in two rooms: €150 in the Event Area, €380 when booking the entire floor. It does not apply in any other room.
  • Once we receive your request, we check availability and send you a quote.
