When you open this website, our hosting provider processes technically necessary access data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser and operating system details). This data is required to operate the site securely and without errors. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

We only use technically necessary storage, in particular to keep your cookie choice in your browser's local storage. 4. Fonts
All fonts are served locally from our own server. No connection is made to Google Fonts or other external font providers.
5. Contact and membership forms
When you write to us through the contact form or the membership form, we process the data you provide (name, e-mail address, optional company, message) to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (a) and (b) GDPR. The data is stored in a database within the European Union and deleted once it is no longer required and no statutory retention periods apply.
6. External links and booking system
Bookings are handled by an external booking system at booking.code-n.org. You only leave this website when you click the corresponding link; the privacy notices of that service then apply. The same is true for links to LinkedIn, GFT, sw34.restaurant and the websites of our supporting partners.
7. Your rights
You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may withdraw a given consent at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; for us this is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Baden-Württemberg.
