Your profile
- Apprenticeship in hotel/catering or studies in business administration/tourism/event management/etc., initial commercial experience desirable
- Strong initiative, organisational talent and an eye for detail
- High level of commitment, dedication and reliability
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Professional Windows and MS Office skills
- Experience with a CRM system, preferably HubSpot
- Language skills: Fluent written and spoken German and English
Your tasks
General secretarial tasks:
- Incoming and outgoing mail
- Telephone switchboard
- Regular updating of information in the Spaces
- Data maintenance
Finance
- Assistance with accounting and controlling
Assistance with community management
- Technical and organisational preparation of the onboarding/offboarding of residents
- Contact person for residents on technical and organisational matters
- Operational interface to facility management
- Coordination of internal room requests
- Supervision and preparation of office space
Housekeeping
- Daily control of the spaces, cooperation with the ma
- Coordinating the stock of consumables and ordering
- General technical support and contact with service providers and suppliers
Event assistance
- Supervision and preparation of meeting rooms
- Supporting the team at events (preparation, follow-up, realisation)
- Supporting the team with special projects
